Customer Service Representative with Italian and English

Due to our business and operational expansion, we are looking for enthusiastic Customer Service Representative with Italian and English to join our team.


Responsibilities:

• Providing daily contact with end users of products and services;
• Providing feedback to end users after request or after processing a specific case;
• Maintaining up-to-date information in the database about performed activities and operations;
• Operating with specialized software to provide queries and support for work systems.

Requirements:

• Very good level of Italian and English - minimum C1 level;
• Great communication skills;
• Self-motivation, pragmatic and friendly approach;
• Well-developed customer orientation skills;
• Willingness to learn and develop;
• Positive attitude, the desire to learn new skills and a strong work ethic;
• Previous experience in customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
