Due to our business and operational expansion, we are looking for enthusiastic Customer Support Specialist with English to join our team.
How can you make a difference?
- Provide customer support services via tickets and telephone;
- Achieve customer satisfaction, focusing on customers’ needs, offering the best solution;
- Resolve issues while providing the best services and products for our customers’ experience;
- Maintaining clear, accurate customer records and updating database records after every customer interaction.
To join our team, you need:
- To be 18 years of age or older;
- Good communication skills;
- Problem-solving skills;
- Good command of English language (B2 and higher);
- Basic computer literacy;
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic and ability to work under pressure;
- Willingness to learn, develop and improve;
- Previous experience in Customer Service is considered as a strong advantage but it is not a requirement.
What we offer:
- Base Gross Monthly Salary of 1700 BGN during the first 2 months of employment
- 1800 BGN Base Gross Monthly Salary after successfully completing the first 2 months of employment;
- 200 BGN gross additional monthly bonus after successful completion of the second month of employment at the employer's discretion;
