B2B Sales Executive with German/Arabic/Spanish and English (hybrid)
Join our dynamic team and take your career to the next level! We're looking for a motivated and experienced B2B Sales Executive with a strong background in Digital, Software, or SaaS Sales to manage and drive high-volume sales activity across a range of exciting markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound B2B sales activities via phone, email, video, and social media outreach.
- Engage with clients throughout all stages of the sales funnel.
- Identify and connect with alternative decision-makers using tools like Sales Navigator and other lead generation platforms.
- Maintain a robust and healthy sales pipeline, advancing prospects through each funnel stage.
- Log all interactions with prospects and customers accurately in the CRM system.
- Qualify leads and smoothly transition them to the onboarding team.
- Monitor and report on daily, monthly, and quarterly sales performance to meet targets.
- Adhere to response-time SLAs and follow established sales cadences.
What We Offer:
- A hybrid position based in Sofia, with standard working hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00–19:00.
- Required office attendance on Wednesdays and Thursdays.

Important:
We are looking for candidates with at least 2.5 years of experience in Digital, Software, or SaaS Sales.
