Team Lead with German - Technical Support  to join their team in Bulgaria. The person will have the opportunity to build a good professional relationship with the clients and improve their experience as users.

Main Responsibilities:

• Provide high-level technical guidance and leadership in troubleshooting and issue resolution for corporate clients.

• Oversee and support the delivery of Level 1 technical assistance to B2B customers.

• Guide the team in executing software support tasks such as uninstallation, reinstallation, and configuration of various applications.

• Monitor team performance, provide mentorship, and implement best practices to maintain a high standard of technical support and client satisfaction.

• Have excellent verbal and written German (C1/C2 Level);
• Good English level (B2 Level);
