Team Lead with German - Technical Support to join their team in Bulgaria. The person will have the opportunity to build a good professional relationship with the clients and improve their experience as users.
Main Responsibilities:

Provide high-level technical guidance and leadership in troubleshooting and issue resolution for corporate clients.

Oversee and support the delivery of Level 1 technical assistance to B2B customers.

Guide the team in executing software support tasks such as uninstallation, reinstallation, and configuration of various applications.

Monitor team performance, provide mentorship, and implement best practices to maintain a high standard of technical support and client satisfaction.

- Have excellent verbal and written German (C1/C2 Level);
- Good English level (B2 Level);
