Customer Support - NL, SE, CZ, SK, FI, PT
We are looking for a dynamic and positive person to join our team as a Customer Support Agent. If you are fluent in one the following languages Dutch, Swedish, Czech, Slovak, Finnish or Portuguese with good command of English and are passionate about interacting with people we would love to have you in our team!
You will have the possibility to work in a professional and friendly environment, where everyone's ideas and contributions matter! This role also offers the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere in Bulgaria.
Requirements:
- Fluency in one of the following languages: Dutch, Swedish, Czech, Slovak, Finnish or Portuguese;
- Good command of English, both written and spoken (for internal communication);
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Customer-oriented attitude and ability to work efficiently, even remotely;
- Adaptability and quick learning of new tools;
- Basic PC skills and access to a stable internet connection;
Job Responsibilities:
- Managing and resolving customer requests via phone and e-mail;
- Providing fast, efficient, and professional support;
- Maintaining a positive and respectful attitude in all customer interactions;
