Speaking Customer Service Agent with French and English
Responsibilities:
- Handling client inquiries and requests via email mainly, regarding transactions, and profiles;
- Daily work with a specialized ticketing system;
- Coordination with the various departments involved regarding the cases and questions that might arise.
- Understanding customers needs and demonstrating a strong customer service orientation

Requirements:
- Fluent in French C1
- Fluent in English B2 - C1
- Friendly personality and be a team player;
- Self-motivated and able to work proactively;
- Experience in a contact center or customer-facing role is beneficial
