Non-voice Customer Support Representative with English

Main responsibilities:

• Provide support to new and existing customers;
• Identify customer\'s needs and resolve product or service problems;
• Contribute to team efforts and meet company\'s targets;
• Maintain company`s database.

Requirements:

• Fluent in English (C1 level);
