Currently, they are looking for motivated specialists to join their multilingual team on the position:
Invoice and Billing Agent with German
Main Responsibilities:
· Create, review, and submit monthly invoices
· Oversee monthly invoicing process, including providing quality assurance, quality control, and customer service; ensure that deadlines are met and tasks are completed
· Manage account balances to discover outstanding debts or other inconsistencies
· Issue invoices and bills and sent them to customers through various channels (mail, e-mail etc.)

Job requirements:
· Excellent level of German (C1 Level);
· Working level of English;
· Excellent communication skills;
· Experience with SAP (including invoicing, contracts, workflows);
· Good MS Office skills;
· Previous experience in invoicing or billing field will be an advantage.
