For one of our clients, an innovative and leading company specializing in outsourcing and client services, we are looking for motivated specialists to join their multilingual team on the position:
Order Management Specialist with Spanish/ Italian and English
Your responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers and partners via phone, email and B2B platforms;
- Process and follow up on customer orders in SAP;
- Coordinate with internal departments regarding orders, product availability and customer requests;
- Provide information and support to customers and partners;
- Handle and resolve customer cases in cooperation with the relevant departments;
- Maintain accurate and timely communication and documentation.
- Standard working hours – Monday to Friday;

- Fluent Spanish/Italian (C1)
- Good command of English(B2);
- Good MS Office skills, especially Excel.
- Previous Customer Service or Back Office experience is an advantage, but not mandatory.
- SAP experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Motivation to learn and develop in the Customer Service field.
