For the current expansion of activities, we are supporting the organisation in recruiting an experienced IT Senior Professional to hold the position of:


SOFTWARE ENGINEERING MANAGER


Some of your main duties:

- Leading the software development team;
- Driving the delivery of enterprise solutions;
- Defining the software development strategies, ensuring high-quality project execution;
- Collaborating with stakeholders to achieve the set business goals.

Essential requirements for the position:

- At least 4 years of professional experience in an IT leadership or managerial position;
- Previous experience as a Senior Software Developer (5-7 years at least);
- Strong understanding of the full software development lifecycle and enterprise application development;
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, supported by a solid technical background;
- Experience with C#, .NET, SQL Server, and Web APIs;
- University degree (Bachelor's or Master's) in Computer Science, (Software) Engineering, (Business) Informatics, or other IT-related discipline;
- Very good written and spoken English.
