Manager - Product Development and Strategy Dept.

The person in this role will be responsible for defining and driving the development of the company’s internal systems and related business processes, ensuring they support the organization’s goals and digital transformation initiatives. The successful candidate will act as the bridge between business and technology teams, translating business needs into software solutions, overseeing the delivery of internal projects, managing priorities and budgets, and ensuring the successful implementation of new systems and processes across the organization.

Essential Requirements:

- Proven decade of professional experience in product development and digital transformation.
- Solid professional background in driving business-critical technology initiatives within complex organizational environments.
- Ability to create a clear vision, establish priorities, and ensure the successful execution of strategic programs and operational improvements.
- Experience bridging the gap between organizational goals and technology delivery, with a strong focus on business outcomes.
- Confidence working with senior management and influencing decisions across multiple departments and stakeholder groups.
- Proven track record in leading people, coordinating cross-functional teams, and fostering collaboration around shared objectives.
- Strong commercial mindset, including ownership of budgets, resource planning, and evaluating the impact of technology-related investments.
- Higher education combined with excellent English communication skills and the ability to operate effectively in a dynamic, fast-changing environment.
