In the small but heavenly Bulgaria, located in the southeastern part of Europe, between the high mountains and the even fields, in a city of rich history, which tells us that hard work is not a myth but a reality- for decades my family has been breeding ducks fed with pure corn to provide a natural and healthy environment.
The duty and love for my family forced me to make my choice. Over the years I have learned that foie gras is a noble product that brings elegance and sophistication to the table.
Driven by the desire to offer products with outstanding quality I ensured a strict and rigorous selection of raw materials. Each ingredient is carefully selected.
