We are currently supporting them in recruiting a motivated Professional who can join as:

Financial Data & Systems Analyst

Sоme of your responsibilities will include:

-Preparing, validating, and transforming financial datasets before importing them into the company's reporting platform;

-Participating in the onboarding of new portfolios by mapping and organizing large volumes of financial information;

-Acting as the main contact with external software providers regarding system configuration, reporting templates, and automated data flows;

-Monitoring the quality and consistency of generated financial reports to identify discrepancies and validate key financial indicators;

-Performing analytical reviews of portfolio performance, loan metrics, and financial covenants to ensure reporting accuracy;

-Investigating data inconsistencies and collaborating with international stakeholders to resolve data quality issues;

Essential requirements for the role:

-3+ years of professional experience in Financial Analysis & Reporting, Data Analysis ( Debt/ Loans), Credit Risk, Audit, Accounting, or a similar role;

-Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex financial data and identify irregularities;

-Good understanding of financial metrics: LTV (Loan-to-Value) and DSCR (Debt Service Coverage Ratio);

-Advanced Microsoft Excel skills ( SQL knowledge will be considered a great plus);

-Experience in data mapping, ETL processes, or financial system implementations is strongly advantageous;

-Good understanding of loan portfolios, debt structures, amortization schedules, and financial performance indicators;

-Detail-oriented personality with excellent organizational skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving;

-Very good command of English (B2+) for daily communication with international colleagues and external partners.
