AI-Native Full Stack Developer

Grove Global Consult is a leading consulting and recruitment agency providing strategic services in the private business sector worldwide.

We are currently looking for a AI-Native Full Stack Developer to join a team of developers for one  early-stage startup building an AI-generated content platform.

This is a fully remote freelance opportunity with an immediate start, giving you the chance to work on a cutting-edge AI product from its earliest stage.

Role Overview:

The AI content is produced offline by a dedicated team. The Full Stack Developer owns everything else: backend architecture, database design, payment infrastructure, content delivery and access control, API layer, security, and third-party integrations. This is a lead-level role with full ownership of the server-side architecture from day one.

This is an AI-native engineering role. You build with Claude Code, ship with tools like Lovable, Bolt, and Supabase, and treat AI-assisted development as your standard workflow. This is how the team operates, and it is a prerequisite for the role.

Key Responsibilities:

·         Design and implement the complete backend architecture from scratch

·         Build the payment infrastructure supporting three distinct billing mechanisms

·         Implement a secure content delivery system with tiered access control.

·         Build geo-fencing architecture into the codebase for regulatory compliance.

·         Integrate third-party APIs for analytics (e.g., Mixpanel, Google Analytics) and customer support (e.g., Zendesk, Intercom).

·         Build clean, documented APIs consumed by the frontend.

·      Implement security as a baseline requirement, not an afterthought: user data protection, content protection

Requirements:

·         Lead-level full stack development experience with a strong backend orientation.

·         Payment integration experience ( ideally with Stripe )

·         Ability to design a database schema from scratch

·         AI-native development workflow ( you build with Claude Code, vibe coding tools, and AI-assisted development as your default approach )

·         Production experience with Bolt AI and Supabase.

·         High standards for code quality and maintainability

·         Independent working style with proactive communication

·         Availability to start immediately or within one week

·         Comfort working with adult-content-related products

Preferred Qualifications:

·        Experience building content platforms, creator economy products, or media delivery systems

·         Experience with Vercel or similar modern deployment infrastructure.

·         Background in building tiered access control or digital rights management systems.

·         Familiarity with CDN configuration and media streaming optimization.

·         Prior work with adult content platforms and the associated regulatory or payment processing complexities.
