Junior CUSTOMER SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVE

What to expect of your role:

You will be a part of the Turkish-speaking Customer Success team, responsible for providing high-quality customer service for products for the Turkish market. We have a friendly environment; training is provided from the first day, so you can perform to the fullest. You will work on a shift-based schedule from office. The office is situated in Varna.

You will be expected to:

• Deliver high-quality services to customers;
• Answer via live chats and emails;
• Help customers with complaints and questions;
• Give customers information about the website;
• Help the customer success team prioritise the queue of requests;
• Other project support work.

(Full training will be provided)

What you need to succeed in this role:

• Can-do attitude;
• Excellent knowledge of the Turkish language;
• Good knowledge of the English language would be a plus;
• Previous experience in customer care fields;
• The right attitude, accurate, hard-working, attentive to details, and self-organized person;
• Flexibility on working hours and days (work by shifts).
