In November 2015, C6 became a part of Mergermarket Group (MMG), a global provider of comprehensive M&A intelligence services. Founded in 2000, and bought by the Financial Times Group (part of Pearson Plc) in 2006, Mergermarket has grown rapidly with offices in over 67 countries across the Americas, Europe, Asia-Pacific, the Middle East and Africa. In July 2017, MMG was rebranded as Acuris.
In October 2017, C6 opened its first office in Sofia, located in a brand new building nearby Sofia University, at 7 Sheynovo Street.
