Financial Analyst

We are currently seeking a Financial Analyst on behalf of our client, a well-established and growing company operating in the real estate investment and development sector.

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting financial planning, reporting, and decision-making processes, ensuring accurate insights that drive business performance and strategic growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare regular and ad-hoc financial reports, analyses, and forecasts;
• Support budgeting, planning, and forecasting processes;
• Perform variance analysis between actual results, budgets, and forecasts;
• Monitor financial performance and identify key trends and deviations;
• Develop and maintain financial models to support business decisions;
• Work closely with accounting and operational teams to ensure data accuracy;
• Contribute to process improvements and automation of reporting workflows;
• Support management with data-driven insights and recommendations;

Requirements:

• University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field;
• 3 - 5 years of experience in a Financial Analyst / FP&A / Controlling role (real estate or investment environment is an advantage);
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken);
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail;
• Good understanding of financial statements and reporting principles;
• Advanced Excel skills and experience working with financial models (experience with ERP systems is a plus);
• Ability to work with modern digital and AI-based tools for analysis, reporting, and process optimization is an advantage;
• Strong communication skills and proactive attitude;
