Finance & Investment Analyst

About the role

We are currently looking for a Finance & Investment Analyst to join a dynamic investment-focused company operating in the real estate sector.

The role is focused on investment analysis, financial modelling and evaluation of real estate projects, with a strong emphasis on the residential sector in Sofia. The position will play a key role in supporting investment decisions through market research, valuation analysis and financial modelling.

The successful candidate will work closely with investment and management teams, contributing to the assessment of new opportunities, transaction-related activities and overall investment strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform financial and investment analysis of real estate projects and opportunities
• Build and maintain financial models, including cash flow projections, IRR and valuation analysis
• Support underwriting and investment decision-making processes
• Conduct market and competitive analysis within the Sofia real estate sector
• Participate in due diligence and transaction-related activities
• Prepare investment materials, presentations and analytical reports
• Monitor market trends, pricing dynamics and investment performance

Requirements

Current or recent experience (within the last 3 years) in Real Estate Investment Analysis/Capital Markets/Transaction Advisory/Project Finance or a related analytical/investment role with direct real estate exposure.

• Strong financial modelling and analytical skills
• Understanding of valuation methodologies and investment analysis
• Exposure to real estate transactions or investment projects
• Excellent command of Bulgarian and English
