Aviacontact was born in 2014 in Kyiv, Ukraine as a Business Process outsourcing partner for kiwi.com then a start-up Online Travel Agency, soon to become one of the world leaders in the online travel industry. Since then the company demonstrated strong growth both in scale and scope of its operations.
The company provides a wide range of services from three offices in Kyiv, Vinnitsa and Sofia (Aviacontact BPO BG). The core competencies of the company are:
