We are currently assisting them in recruiting motivated Professionals to join the team as:


Junior Accounts Payable Specialists


You will be in charge of the following responsibilities:

- Accurate and compliant processing of incoming supplier invoices, regarding internal policies and tax regulations;
- Performing invoice matching against corresponding purchase orders and goods receipts;
- Maintaining consistent communication with vendors to effectively resolve any invoice discrepancies or payment issues.

Expected skills, knowledge, and experience:

- Recent graduate or final-year University student in Accounting and Control, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or any economic specialty;
- Hands-on experience with MS Excel is a must;
- Knowledge of accounting principles and rules;
- Fluency in English language (B2 or a higher level);

It’s nice to have, but it's not mandatory:

- Good command of the German language (B1 level or a higher level);
- Some experience with ERP systems (SAP is preferred).
