Social Media Manager
Kingly Ltd. is a multinational textile manufacturer located across Bulgaria, and we are looking for a creative, energetic, and curious Social Media Manager to take ownership of our social media presence.
Our brand, products, social media, websites, catalogues, newsletters, B2B portals, product data, and marketing tools are all part of one growing digital ecosystem. We need someone who can help care for it, grow it, and make it stronger.
This role is primarily focused on social media from start to finish: ideas, copy, visuals, scheduling, publishing, engagement, and basic performance review. It is not just a posting role, and it is not just a design role. We need someone who can create the idea, write the message, design the visual, publish the content, and help improve the results.
The most important creative requirement is strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. These skills are essential because the right person must be able to create their own visuals and support other company assets when needed.
What You Will Do
●Take ownership of Kingly’s social media content, planning, scheduling, publishing, and day-to-day platform activity.
●Create posts from start to finish, including ideas, copy, visuals, captions, hashtags, scheduling, publishing, and basic analytics.
●Help grow Kingly’s audiences, networks, reach, engagement, and visibility across relevant platforms.
●Create content around products, sustainability, certifications, factory updates, community projects, tradeshows, client relationships, campaigns, and company news.
●Use Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign to create visuals, graphics, image edits, mockups, layouts, campaign assets, and supporting marketing material.
●Support B2B marketing, newsletters, reseller communication, product launches, B2B portals, presentations, and sales assets when required.
●Help tailor content for multinational clients, including regional, language, and market-specific communication.
●Use AI tools to speed up content ideas, image generation, prompt writing, translation support, and campaign planning.
●Learn and support tools such as WordPress, Elementor, Odoo, Pimcore/PIM, email marketing platforms, B2B platforms, and future product data workflows.
What We Need From You
●Strong Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign skills.
●Good social media understanding, including content creation, captions, scheduling, engagement, and platform trends.
●Good English writing ability for posts, captions, newsletters, product content, and campaign communication.
●Good layout, typography, branding, and visual communication ability.
●Good Excel or Google Sheets ability.
●Attention to detail, organisation, independence, curiosity, energy, and a strong can-do attitude.
Skills That Are a Big Plus
●Social media analytics, reporting, scheduling tools, and audience growth.
●AI image generation and prompt writing.
●Newsletter platforms such as Brevo or Mailchimp.
●WordPress, Elementor, basic HTML, CSS, hosting, DNS, SSL, and website maintenance.
●Odoo, Pimcore/PIM, CSV, JSON, product data, APIs, or databases.
●SEO, B2B marketing, catalogue design, textile, fashion, or manufacturing experience.
