ADMINISTRATIVE AND CLIENT RELATIONSHIP MANAGER


Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the company's day-to-day administrative operations, maintaining document management processes, handling business correspondence, and monitoring ongoing tasks and commitments. A key aspect of the role involves communicating with clients and business partners, processing inquiries, coordinating meetings, and supporting commercial activities throughout the sales process. In addition, the role includes preparing and processing company documentation, such as quotations, invoices, proforma invoices, handover protocols, and other business-related documents, while coordinating activities with internal departments, suppliers, and the accounting team.


Expected skills, knowledge and experience:

- Previous practical experience in office administration, customer service, client relationship, or commercial support;
- Experience in managing documentation and administrative processes;
- Very good computer literacy, including MS Office (MS Word and MS Excel);
- Good command of English, both written and spoken;
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented approach;
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively;
- Valid and clear driving license.
