Executive Office Coordinator
Main Responsibilities
- Coordinate day-to-day office operations, ensuring an efficient and well-organized working environment, including office supplies, inventory, and vendor coordination;
- Organize internal and external meetings, prepare relevant materials, and follow up on action points;
- Support executive management with daily administrative tasks, business meetings, and travel arrangements;
- Prepare internal communications and serve as the main point of contact between employees, management, and external partners;
- Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and contribute to increasing operational efficiency.
Main Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Economics, or another relevant field;
- Minimum 3 years of experience in an administrative or office coordination role;
- Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills with strong attention to detail;
- Proactive mindset and ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.
