OUR CUSTOMER:

A well-established international technology company and Third Party Service Provider (TPP) with a strong presence across several European markets. Their goal is to further develop their technology platform, expand its local acquiring connections, and grow its team to support new and existing markets. As the organization continues to expand, together with them, we are looking to strengthen their finance team with a skilled and business-oriented professional who will hold the position of:

FINANCIAL CONTROLLER

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Monitor financial performance, analyze variances, and provide actionable insights to management
- Support cost control initiatives and contribute to strategic decision-making
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, accounting standards, and local regulations
- Collaborate closely with operational teams to improve financial transparency and process efficiency
- Participate in the development of financial models and business cases for new initiatives.

Requirements:

- 3-5 years of experience in financial controlling, financial analysis, and forecasting, or a similar role.
- Previous accounting experience and solid understanding of budgeting, reporting, and consolidation processes.
- Excellent knowledge of international financial and accounting standards (IFRS).
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Advanced Excel skills. Experience with ERP systems is an advantage.
- Fluency in English (B2-C1 level).
- Proactive, structured, and detail-oriented approach.

Strong advantages for this profile:

- Previous experience in one of the Big Four (Deloitte, EY, KPMG, PwC).
- Professional certifications like CPA, ACCA, or similar qualifications.
