Our partner – a modern, high-tech dental clinic – is expanding its team and is looking for an experienced, patient-oriented:
Customer Service Specialist
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist patients, ensuring a professional and friendly experience;
- Communicate actively with patients in German and English – in person and by phone;
- Oversee financial transactions;
- Prepare and manage patient documentation.

Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Service;
- Excellent written and spoken English or German and English;
- Very good communication skills, empathy, and strong customer orientation;
- Experience handling payments and financial transactions is a strong advantage;
- Previous experience as a Receptionist will be considered an advantage.
