Bilingual Customer Experience Consultant with German – iGaming & Sports

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via chat and email regarding website bonuses, products, and services;

• Troubleshoot functional issues and escalate cases to Level 2 support when needed;

• Support and manage customer accounts;

• Maintain and update the customer database.

Requirements:

• Excellent command of German (C1);

• Working knowledge of English (B2);
