Office Manager

We are looking for an Office Manager for one of our clients, a leading company in the agricultural production and processing of grains and seeds.

The position is based in Sofia.


Responsibilities:

- Receives visitors at the company\'s office.

- Receives and dispatches company correspondence and distributes it.

- Strictly defends the interests of the company.

- Assists the work of other staff in the office in order to meet deadlines and tasks more quickly.

- Prepares offers, communicates with partners and contractors.

- Prepares reports and analyses for management needs.

- Participates in the preparation and organization of company events.

- Performs all other activities related to the position as assigned by the company\'s management team.

- Keeps confidential company information that has come to his knowledge in connection with the work performed.


Requirements:

- Responsible for the presentable appearance of the company office.

- Responsible for the prompt, accurate and correct performance of assigned tasks.

- Strictly adheres to set deadlines and tasks until the assigned goal is achieved.

- Responsible for the overall operations of the office.

- Maintains a business appearance and observes business etiquette.
