Technical Support Consultant with German (no experience required)

Main Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive software and hardware support for computer and mobile devices;
• Assist company employees with the effective use and functionality of internal products and services;
• Monitor and maintain data traffic systems to ensure optimal performance and security;
• Remotely diagnose and resolve access and password-related issues.
