• Strong communication skills in German (C1) and English (B2).
• Good knowledge of Office 365.

What you would do on this position:

• Provide first-level support for basic hardware, software, and network issues.
• Troubleshoot checkout and delivery system challenges with guidance from senior staff.
• Help manage user accounts and permissions.
• Support simple technical queries and escalate more complex cases when necessary.
• Log incidents and follow up using ticketing systems.
• Communicate solutions effectively to users and provide excellent customer service.
