Recruiter (Client-Facing)

BETA6 is a global technology services company, providing Third-Party Maintenance (TPM), multi-vendor support, pre-owned data center equipment, managed services, cybersecurity, and digital transformation. With operations in 150+ countries and NOCs across 4 regions, we deliver 24/7 support for mission-critical IT infrastructure.

We have recently expanded operations in Bulgaria and are now looking for a Recruiter who can drive both recruitment delivery and client relationship management on the ground.

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.

• Act as a point of contact for clients, understanding hiring needs and aligning recruitment strategies.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.

• Maintain transparent and professional communication with clients and candidates.

• Prepare and present recruitment reports, trackers, and updates.

• Represent the organization professionally during meetings and presentations.

• Support employer branding and candidate experience initiatives.

• 2–5 years of experience in recruitment and client-facing roles .

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to handle multiple accounts and meet deadlines.

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

• Fluency in Bulgarian and English (spoken and written).

• Problem-solving mindset and ability to work under pressure.
