Accounts Payable Team Lead with German
Main Responsibilities:
- Guide the daily operations of the team and conduct a quality check of their tasks
- Distribute the workload, monitor the AP open items, and support the timely payment execution
- Ensure compliance with policies, review AP reconciliations, and clarify discrepancies
- Works closely with the ERP team to develop and automate the AP process
- Manage the monthly and annual processes closing

Main Requirements:
- Excellent command in German (C1)
- Upper-intermediate level of English (B2)
- 5+ years of accounting background
- 2+ years of people management experience
- Experience in AP processes and centralization strategy
