In connection with the newly undertaken management and maintenance contract for Stage One (110 units) of a modern residential complex, consisting of three stages with a total of approximately 300 residential units, we are looking for an Facility Manager, who will become the driving force behind quality, efficiency, and peace of mind within the complex. This is a key position that merges strategy, precise attention to every detail, technical oversight, and care for people.
Location:
Sofia
Responsibilities:
• Organizing and controlling daily technical and infrastructure maintenance of the complex
• Maintaining contact with residents regarding maintenance, security, and services
• Managing a team of technical staff and coordinating external service providers
• Preparing monthly and annual maintenance budgets and monitoring their execution
• Maintaining documentation and schedules for preventive maintenance, warranties, and repairs
• Monitoring the quality of completed tasks and optimizing expenses
• Handling contracts and communication with subcontractors and property owners
• Organizing emergency responses for faults or alerts
Requirements:
• Higher technical, construction or economic education
• Experience in a similar role
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Driver’s license and active driver
• Experience with maintenance management software
• English proficiency – written and spoken, at working level
