Office Assistant
We are looking for an energetic person with experience as Office Assistant and fluent English!
Candidates with background experience of more than one year would be considered with higher priority!
Your Duties:
• Assist in scheduling business meetings, interviews, trips, hotels, plane tickets bookings, transport, other.
• Communication with couriers, office suppliers, building maintenance, tech service companies and other.
• Provide assistance to the Manager, Administrative and HR departments depending on their needs.
• Performs basic administrative activities - copying, scanning, sorting and archiving documentation.
• Sending and receiving courier packages.
• Assist with other administrative tasks.
Requirements:
• Excellent English – both verbal and written.
• Previous experience in the same position or similar to it is a Must.
• Ability to set priorities and attention to details.
• Responsible, honest, reliable, loyal individual.
• Professional work ethics and discipline.
• Time managing and problem salving skills.
• Excellent computer skills.
