ZS EUROPE LTD is a growing international production company specializing in the development and manufacturing of high-performance, high-strength aluminum alloy materials and automotive components. With our production capacity expanding, we are looking for an ambitious and people-oriented Recruitment Specialist to become a key part of our team.

YOUR ROLE – MORE THAN JUST RECRUITMENT

You will play a vital role in helping us build strong, motivated teams and ensuring that the right people are in the right positions at the right time.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Manage the full recruitment cycle for production and technical positions, from sourcing to successful onboarding.

• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and define clear candidate profiles.

• Source, screen and interview candidates using structured and professional selection methods.

• Develop and maintain strong talent pipelines for both immediate and future hiring needs.

• Contribute ideas and initiatives that make our recruitment process even more effective and engaging.

• Represent ZS EUROPE LTD as an attractive employer and help us build a strong company culture.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• 1–3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in manufacturing, production or a similar fast-paced environment.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• A proactive, organized and results-oriented mindset.

• Ability to work independently while being a strong team player.

• Good MS Office skills.

• Most importantly: energy, initiative and a genuine interest in people.
