About the Role: SAP Accounts Receivable/Payable
Your responsibilities will include:
- Control over the company receivables and payables.
- Monitoring the aging analysis of receivables.
- Ensuring accurate and timely invoicing.
- Maintaining professional and tactful communication with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Conducting monthly balance sheet and supplier statement reconciliations.
- Ensuring correct revenue recognition and allocation/reconciliation of cash entries and bank accounts.
- Management, accounting, and monitoring of leasing contracts.
- Participation in the accounting of assets when necessary.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Education in Accounting or Finance.
- Experience in a similar role preferred.
- Proficiency in Advanced Excel (Vlookup and Pivot tables).
- ERP experience required; SAP knowledge advantageous.
- Exceptional attention to detail and competence in managing tasks from start to completion.
- Ability to work both as part of a team and independently.
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Analytical thinker with a proactive approach.
