They are currently expanding their activity, and we are looking for motivated team players to join their team in Varna, Bulgaria, in the position of:


Senior Accounts Payable (Invoice Clarification)



Your responsibilities will include checking and verifying invoices, as well as investigating and solving any discrepancies related to pricing, quantity, or missing information. You will conduct an analysis of payment activities or recurring issues related to accounts payable processes. In addition, you will work closely with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure that all financial operations run smoothly, accurately, and efficiently.


Required skills, knowledge, and experience for the role:

- 3+ years of previous experience as an Accounts Payable, Accountant, Invoice Clarification, or similar role, preferably in a multinational environment;
- Experience in invoice processing, invoice clarification, or vendor management;
- Experience with SAP (FI & MM modules) and MS Excel;
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or other economics-related specialty;
- Very good command of the English language (B2 level or higher)
- Knowledge of the German language is an advantage, but it's not mandatory.
