We are currently assisting them in recruiting a motivated junior to kick-start its career as:


Junior Buying Ops Specialist


This role acts as a liaison between the Buying, Logistics, and Master Data teams, ensuring the seamless operation of delivery and order processes.

Key responsibilities include:

- Creating and confirming orders, followed by monitoring planned deliveries;
- Maintaining accurate order data within the inventory management system;
- Verifying supplier order data and initiating corrective actions as necessary;

Essential requirements for the role:

- Last-year student or graduate in “Design, Technology and Management of Fashion Industry”, "Business Administration", "Logistics", "Accounting and Control", "Economics", or other related specialty;
- Experience and skills in using MS Excel;
- Excellent command of the English language (B2 or a higher level);
- Good working level of German language (B1+/B2 level);

Advantages that are not mandatory:

- Some professional experience in an Operational or Supply Chain department within the Е-commerce / Fashion industry;
- Experience in working with ERP systems (SAP);
