Junior German-speaking Specialist (Invoice Processing)

In this role, you’ll be part of the Accounts Payable team, gaining valuable experience in finance and accounting while working in a multicultural environment. Your responsibilities will include:

- Verifying and processing supplier invoices in the SAP system.
- Matching invoices with purchase orders and goods receipts;
- Investigating and resolving invoice discrepancies and payment issues;
- Supporting monthly ending closing procedures;
- Communicating with internal departments and external vendors in German and English languages.

Expected knowledge, skills, and experience:

-Previous experience as an Invoice Processing Specialist, Accounts Payable, Data Entry Expert, or Customer Support with German and English;
-Strong command of the German language (B2 or higher) and good English skills;
-Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP system;
-University Degree (Bachelor's or Master's) in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field;
-Experience with AP workflows and financial processes is a great advantage.
