CHIEF ACCOUNTANT

In connection with the large volume of work of our client, we are looking for:

CHIEF ACCOUNTANT

Main responsibilities:

- Management of all operational accounting activities;
- Month-end and annual accounting closing and review;
- Preparation and submission of VAT, Intrastat and other obligatory tax and statistical reporting;
- Follow up of the company’s purchases, sales, payments, cost management in production;
- Communication with external parties as banks, government institutions, customs, suppliers, clients etc.
- Preparation of different types of internal reports and statements - for the company and external for the respective institutions/authorities;
- Daily work in SAP in coordination with the colleagues from Turkey and Germany.

Your background:

- University degree – Accounting, Finance or other related;
- Minimum 5 years of experience in similar position;
- Good written and verbal English. Turkish language is an advantage;
- Excellent knowledge of the Bulgarian accounting and tax legislation, as well as the IFRS;
- Experience in VAT reports and declarations;
- Very good PC literacy; experience in SAP is a must;
- Logical and analytical thinking, attentiveness to details.
