WHAT YOUR NEW JOB WILL BE ABOUT?
As a Team Leader WMS, you play a key role in ensuring the stability, development, and continuous improvement of our warehouse management systems while leading your team by example:
- Leading your team hands-on and supporting daily system operations and user needs
- Ensuring efficient, stable, and reliable performance of logistics systems (SAP EWM, SAP ERP, & etc.)
- Following up on system performance, data quality, and operational processes
- Troubleshooting system issues and resolving challenges together with your team and stakeholders
- Driving process improvements, automation, and optimization initiatives
- Analysing data, identifying inefficiencies, and implementing sustainable solutions
- Collaborating closely with operations, IT and international teams
- Training and developing team members and supporting knowledge sharing

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING?
- Experience in people leadership, preferably within logistics, IT systems, or operations
- Experience working with warehouse management or ERP systems (SAP EWM/ERP is a must)
- Strong analytical mindset and experience with data analysis and process optimization
- A strong drive to deliver results through your team
- A proactive and structured approach to problem-solving and improvements
- Ability to make decisions and act in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across different teams and cultures
- Experience with BI tools and reporting is an advantage
- Good English skills (written and spoken)
