The Role
We are looking for an Executive Assistant to work closely with our CEOs and our Data Processing Specialist, to help streamline business operations, support ongoing projects, and enhance communication with clients and partners.
Given the small nature of our team, you will be given the chance to grow into other positions should you be interested and able.
We are offering a part-time position with the potential to turn into a full-time position after an initial three month trial period.
You will be a key member of the team, handling tasks such as:
Responsibilities

File, project, and document management

Calendar management and scheduling

Invoice issuing and tracking

Organizing trips and meetings

Communicating with clients and partners
-
Supporting company representation when needed

General administrative support and file cleanup

Social media

Website Administration

Learning data processing skills

Requirements

University degree [Any, but humanities and or digital degrees a bonus)

Proficiency in Google Suite and MS Office tools

Willingness to learn new software and tools

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
