Our client is a publicly traded company on NASDAQ, providing an online trading platform for financial services offered to different customers worldwide. We are seeking a career minded and motivated individual for a full-time position in the Operations department in our client\'s Sofia based office.
Primary responsibilities include:
• Reviewing client’s accounts, applications and supporting documentation
• Processing payments and transactions
• Email correspondence with customers
• Translating documents
• Miscellaneous back office operations
• Excellent German, French or Italian skills (written and verbal)
• Fluency in English (written and verbal)
• Prior operational/back office experience or customer service a plus
• Very good written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Detail-oriented with a high level of organizational skills
• Excellent remuneration package

40 hours per week, Monday - Friday 9am-6pm
