For one of our clients, an international company providing payment solutions for travelling mobility, we are now looking for a proactive and responsible individual to join their team of professionals at the position of:
Customer Care Specialist
- Providing initial clients registration in the company system;
- Supporting clients with using their web profiles and registration for toll taxes;
- Establishing contact with clients via phone in order to support their activity;
- Identifying new potential customers and partners and establishing contacts with them;
- Reporting clients feedback and existing obstacles to the direct manager.
- University degree – preferably in Economics or Administration field;
- Previous experience on a customer service position - at least 3 years;
- Flexibility and very good organization and time-management skills;
- Excellent command in English;
- Very good computer literacy.
