Our team is unmatched in commitment and integrity and we are looking for a dynamic, positive and ambitious person to join our sales team as a Head of Sales.
Main goal of a Head of Sales consists of setting ambitious but achievable targets for the sales team and guiding the team towards their achievement. Moreover HoS is responsible for proactive acquisition of key accounts and restaurant chains.
Sales team that is managed by a Head of Sales is divided into following teams: lead research, inside sales, field sales, sales administration and after sales. Ensuring effective collaboration between these teams resulting in meeting the targets is a crucial task of a Head of Sales.
Head of sales should fulfill his/her assignments in accordance with guidelines and procedures applicable in the company but also should take an active role in creating and optimizing them.
Setting sales targets and guiding the team to achieve them
Carrying out regular meetings with the sales team to review performance
Continuous development of team members through internal trainings and coaching sessions, both in field and in-house
Regular analysis and streamlining of existing processes to increase sales performance
Closing and maintaining effective relationships with key accounts
Cooperation on a company level in order to optimize and align processes
Keeping up to date with the market changes and competitor’s performance
Reporting sales team performance to Sales Director
Maintaining friendly, efficient work atmosphere based on mutual respect
What we expect from you:
3+ years of sales leadership experience (preferably in a market with short sales cycles)
5+ years of practical field sales experience
Proven ability to recruit, coach and develop effective sales force
Capability to motivate sales team members
Strong leadership skills
Proficiency in sales-related processes and systems
Strong grasp of data and analytics
Ability to build and maintain effective relationships
Eagerness to learn
Drive for results and efficiency
Team player with ability to work independently
Excellent English communication skills, both verbally and in writing
A valid driver’s license
