For one of our clients – one of the world leaders in the outsourcing business – we are looking for Hotel Customer Service Agent with Portuguese, Spanish, French or German.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer service queries and complaints, via phone, email and chat;
* Respond to inquiries concerning credit card transactions, products, services, fees, billing errors, payments and etc.;
* Confirms reservations, verifies credit, suggest activities;
* Identifying problems quickly and resolving them to provide the best possible outcome for the customer.
* Proficiency in English and Portuguese or Spanish or French or German;
* Zero or more years of professional experience;
* An approachable and helpful attitude;
* Ability to work in a fast paced, goal oriented environment.
